Colin Cook & Associates has a Client Portal!
A client portal is an online platform that enables us to securely share ATO documents and other information in addition to allowing you to digitally sign for lodgement and processing.
The client portal is accessible over the internet through a web browser on your computer, tablet or phone, no matter where you are.
For this year’s tax we can upload all documents to your portal where you can view, store and digitally sign your return.
No more printing, signing, scanning or posting back to us.
Portal access is safer, easier and quicker than email and post.
Each individual will have their own portal where they have access to their own personal tax returns plus any associated Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and SMSFs.
All we need from you is your email address (one per individual) and we can get you started.
From there, we will setup a portal and send you an invitation via email.
Click on the link and proceed through the signing up process (we will also
supply a Sign up to the portal guide).
Once your 2021 return has been completed, we will upload the documents to
the portal and notify you via email.
You simply log in, review documents, approve and your tax return is ready to be
lodged.
