Recent ASIC compliance regulations require ALL Company Directors (existing and new) to verify their identity and obtain a Director Identification number (director ID).
A director ID is a unique identifier that requires a once only application and will help prevent the use of false or fraudulent director identities. If you are Director of more than one company, the same director ID can be used for all.
Please notify us of your director ID number as soon as you receive it and we will record it against the companies under your directorship.
Compliance dates:
• Existing directors have until 30 November 2022 to obtain a Director ID
• New intending directors must apply before being appointed
